We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions and availability without prior notice. Price changes do not normally affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Taxes, customs charges or import duties may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.

2.4 Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Brushora offers free standard shipping worldwide.

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days under normal conditions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, remote destinations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2.6 Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning a product and follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

All website content, including the Brushora name, branding, graphics, written content, page layouts, product presentation and original visual materials, is owned by or licensed to Brushora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order details. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brushora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from website use, delayed delivery or product use.

Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, unless a greater remedy is required by law.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including certain cases involving fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.

You agree to indemnify Brushora against reasonable claims, losses or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another party’s rights.
